Jumping in January

This last weekend we went to a trampoline jump place.  Milo loved it.  

 We have a really great recreation center really close to our house.  I look Milo last week.  He was so funny he was obsessed with this volleyball.  He took it everywhere in the pool with him.

As you can see I had some nervous 49ers fans this past sunday.  But don't worry they won and are in the Superbowl next week.

Be a Queen in 2013

Usually once a year all of my girl cousins and Aunts get together for a Cousin Retreat.  This one we did here in Salt Lake.  It was so fun.  We stayed at the City Creek Marriott.  We had a fabulous weekend filled with food, shopping, craft, workshops, swimming and much more fun!  I love my cousins!

If you know me you know that I am a pretty big Jazz fan.  I have had season tickets to the Jazz for 5 years.  I had them before I even knew Matt.  So you can understand how thrilled I am that my husband works for the Jazz now.  It is AAAAmazing!  He gets tickets for great seats in the lower bowl or in a box suite all the time.  I think I have sat in my regular seats a total of 3 times this season.  Anyway the other night he was able to get us VIP player tunnel access.  So we got to go down by the locker room and see the players as they come out.  Thanks Matt for hooking us up!

2013 here we go

We got to celebrate the new year with the Bodell family.  Its always a good time when we get together.

Sledding

 We went sledding with Hardy's and Noah at SugarHouse Park.  It was really fun.  I had not been sledding in forever.  Now that I am a mom I guess I get to go back to doing fun things like this:).  Milo and Truman were so cute waddling around in their cute snow outfits.

The rest of December

We also got a fun after Christmas present.  A new car.  I am seriously in love with our new car.  Its so nice to not hit Milo on the head everytime I go to put him in his car seat.  We also had some major snow storms past month and it is nice to know that I will make it up the hill to our house.  Plus who wouldn't look like a hot Utah mom driving around in this thing?

 We also enjoyed some Jazz games. 

 Milo got some real quality time with Grandma Polifka.  She watched him most of the days they were here while Matt and I were at work.

It's Christmas Time

The Saturday before Christmas we started out Christmas festivities at my Dad's with my family.  It was sun to all be together and of course We all got some fun gifts.  Sorry I didn't get any better pictures of all of us.

Grandma and Grandpa Polifka came from Washington to spend Christmas with us.

Christmas Eve we watched Christmas Movies, Opened PJs and made Milo's rice crispy treat train.

 Christmas morning was fun of course.  Milo loved the paper and his new stuff.  Also as you can tell the candy.

That evening we were lucky to be surrounded by friends and family.  The Polifkas, Mccorveys, Stantons and Hardys joined us at our house for dinner.

We were also finally able to brave the cold and go see the lights at temple square.  It was so fun to spend the week with Frank, Carol and Stefanie.  

December Happenings

Sorry I have to play catch up a little here.  I love all the fun things that go on during Christmas time.  I am a sap for all the cheesy holiday activities.  The first of the month we went to Zoo lights.  I had been to it before I had Milo and it was so fun I wanted to take him back.  It was a little cold for his liking but we still enjoyed it.

 They just opened a new HUGE sporting goods store called Scheels in 

Salt Lake so we enjoyed exploring it.

 And of course we can't forget Matt turning 26.  We had a little get together with friends and family.
